Introducing ourselves

Who are we?

Bucar'Help is a solidarity project led by eight students from IÉSEG School of Management who wanted to help children from Bucarest's disadvantaged neighborhoods to reinsert in school and in sports.



What do we do concretely?

Our first action to help these children is to organise collects of different kind in France. We regroup books, clothes, toys and others to share them with children in Romania with the help of the local association Casa Valentina.

 

Our action in France:
However, we do not limit our action on its romanian aspect. Indeed, we intervene in schools in Lille in order to sensitize young french children by making them exchange by the mean of letters and drawings.

Last year, our action enabled us to share more than 600 pieces of warm clothing by the mean of collects in several supermarkets and schools in Lille.

Moreover, thanks to the help of Casa Valentina and Decathlon, we have been able to spend a weekend with the children in Bucarest and to organize a sports weekend with them.
